The successful candidate will assist in the Recruitment Team during Assessment Days, support new colleagues with referencing needs, and act as a subject matter expert in the airport pass application process. Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of the Department for Transport Airside Pass Scheme guidance.
• Experience in HR, Recruitment, Compliance, or Referencing is a plus.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Recruitment Team at Assessment Days.
• Support new colleagues with referencing processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert in referencing for your Airport Base.
• Maintain quality standards for Airside Pass applications.
• Work with Airport ID Centres to build positive relationships.
• Collaborate with Head Office Referencing Specialists and Operational teams.
