A leading parcel delivery company in England, Smethwick is seeking a 1st class HR professional to join as an HR Business Partner. This role requires a Level 5 CIPD qualification and offers a salary around £62,500 plus benefits. Responsibilities include aligning HR strategies with business goals, delivering training, and providing HR guidance. The position seeks a flexible team player with significant HR experience and the ability to drive cultural change.
Contract: Permanent / 37.5 hours
Salary: Circa £62,500 plus bonus, private medical insurance and a company car, or cash alternative.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

Our Head Of People and Talent is looking for a 1st class HR professional to join and strengthen their team of highly skilled People Business Partners. In return we can offer you an excellent basic salary of circa £59,500 a company car or generous cash alternative, attractive bonus scheme that is based on individual and company targets and PMI.
This role will cover a range of our depots centrally so youmust be able to travel to all these locations andoccasional overnight stays will be expected. The role will require you to be flexible with working hours as we are a 24 hour business. In this role you will report to our People and Talent Manager but you will work closely with the Regional Manager and Training Business Partner to ensure all business objectives are met.
You will provide a full "hands on" Human Resource business partnering consultancy service to your assigned business areas through expert knowledge and effective action plans. Responsible for providing both proactive solutions and training and reactive advice and guidance to help assigned areas achieve their business targets.
To be considered for this role as a minimum you must be Level 5 CIPD Qualified (MCIPD). Acting as a central point of contact and expertise for the Network, you’ll be an experienced and qualified HR professional, with a strong commercial outlook and continuous improvement philosophy, who can demonstrate:
