Senior Payroll Specialist - UK & Ireland, Workday Expert
Job summary
A leading financial services organisation in the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist. This stand-alone role offers ownership of payroll operations primarily for the UK and Ireland, with oversight on EMEA payrolls. Key responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing and compliance, requiring hands-on knowledge of UK and Irish payroll alongside strong experience with Workday HR. The position offers a competitive salary between £70,000 and £80,000 and a supportive, inclusive work culture.

Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing for UK and Ireland.
- Ownership of year-end payroll activities, including P60s and P11Ds.
- Acting as the main contact for payroll, benefits and pension queries.
- Ensuring payroll compliance and continuous process improvement.
