Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor (5–6 years PQE) to join our busy Employment team in Leeds. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, providing expert legal support and practical advice to both employer and employee clients.

Key Requirements:
  • 5–6 years’ PQE in Employment Law.
  • Strong experience managing a caseload from inception through to resolution, including Employment Tribunal claims.
  • Proven knowledge of key employment law areas such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, whistleblowing, TUPE, and breach of contract.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for contracts, settlement agreements, and HR documentation.
  • Strong communication and client care skills, with the ability to provide clear, commercially focused advice.
  • High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Confident in using IT systems and case management software.
