What You’ll Be Doing

  • Promoting Prime and our clients’ opportunities across social media platforms
  • Finding and contacting potential candidates who are looking to take a step into the professional world of sales. Building rapport with and supporting graduates to help find them their ideal sales career Utilising job boards and other platforms to connect with graduates searching for their first sales role out of university
  • Building your network and presence on LinkedIn
  • Updating the CRM system with your candidate activities, pipeline and results
  • Organising telephone screenings and video interviews with graduates Helping candidates prepare for our award-winning Prime Training Days and interviews with our clients
