Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in the United Kingdom is seeking ambitious and competitive candidates to join their sales team. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, sourcing and placing high-quality candidates, and negotiating offers in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with significant commission potential. Ideal applicants come from telesales or similar backgrounds. The position offers a base salary of £26,500 plus uncapped commission, with potential earnings reaching £50K in the first year.
Qualifications
- Experience in telesales, retail, or other target-driven environments.
- Strong ability to build relationships with clients.
