What we want from you!:
- Confident and energetic communicator- beneficial when making daily sales calls.
- Good understanding of sales/recruitment and keen on establishing a sales career.
- Previous B2C and/or B2B sales experience – useful but not essential in our grad programme
- Keen on self-development to contribute to a successful career – think about why progression is important to you!
- Ambitious about earning potential– this is key as our basic starts at £22,500 with OTE of £30- 40K in year 1, £60 -80k in year 2 and £100k year 3 onwards – why are you looking to achieve this?
