Job summary
A local employment agency is seeking a Housing & Assets Support Officer in Wrexham. This is a full-time temporary role focused on providing operational and strategic support. Duties include managing DLO operations, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring contract compliance. Candidates should be prepared for pre-employment checks. - Work closely with lead officers to ensure high standards for Contract Holders.
Housing & Assets Support Officer needed in Wrexham, £23.17ph PAYE - Reference: OR12345
Mon - Friday 8.45am - 4.45pm 30 mins lunch
As the Interim Housing & Assets Support Officer, you will provide operational and strategic support to two lead officers: the Repairs & Services Lead and the Voids & Decarbonisation Lead. Your role will be essential in maintaining the daily management of our Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) operations and external contract oversight, while enabling our lead officers to focus on business cases, restructures, and organisational change.
