This high‑impact role offers the opportunity to oversee residential development projects across Norfolk and Suffolk, taking projects from initial feasibility and planning through to handover. You will act as the central point of coordination, working with internal teams, consultants, and JV partners to ensure projects [RIBA Stages 0‑3] are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of local planning, development strategy, and stakeholder management — balancing commercial insight with practical delivery. Flexible working arrangements are available, with office locations based in Newmarket or Norwich, alongside site visits across Norfolk & Suffolk.
