A healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to work across multiple surgery sites. The role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, and ensuring efficient prescription processing. Candidates must have lived in Jersey for at least 5 years. This full-time role requires rotational shifts from Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday mornings.

Responsabilidades
- Ensure all visitors and telephone callers are greeted professionally.
- Manage the flow of patients arriving at the reception desk.
- Ensure prescriptions are generated accurately and efficiently.
- Deal with patient enquiries efficiently and courteously.
- Accurately take and pass on telephone messages.
Indigo Medical is looking for a friendly Medical Receptionist to work across our three surgery sites on a FT, rotational basis (40 hours per week, M-F between 07:45–18:15 plus occasional Saturday mornings).
- Ensuring all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally
- Managing the flow of patients arriving at the reception desk, for appointments, prescriptions or queries and to book patients in for surgeries and clinics
- Ensuring that prescriptions are generated accurately and efficiently
- Dealing with patient enquiries efficiently and courteously
- Accurately taking and passing on telephone messages
