A leading hospitality brand in Edinburgh is seeking a Commis Chef to develop culinary skills in a fast-paced kitchen. You will assist in preparing food for breakfast, lunch, and events, ensuring guests enjoy high-quality dining experiences. As a Commis Chef, you will be learning and developing skills within a fast paced, high volume environment. You will be able to use these skills throughout your career. The Kitchen is open for Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Evening Meals. We also offer tailored menus for any Meetings or Events that may be taking place in the hotel so no two days will be the same. Apprenticeships for Commis Chef and Chef De Parties are available, with potential progression towards a Production Chef Level 2 or 3 qualification.
