To provide guests with an exceptional experience through the provision of seamless and warm service in the restaurant and bar areas.
The Bartender is ultimately responsible for the entire guest experience in the bar as the beverage production, quality, and dispensing of all drinks going to the bar and restaurant. The Bartender will have the support of a Barback in order to achieve this. From ordering to recommendations, service detailing and situation handling, the Bartender will, as well, have the support of the Head Bartender and Bar Manager at their disposal in order to deliver an optimum guest experience.
