Overview

Are you an organised, people-focused leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a Combined Mess Manager to oversee all Soft FM services - including accommodation, food & beverage (bars and catering), cleaning, and events - ensuring smooth, compliant, and high-quality operations. What you'll do:

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations across all Catering, Hospitality & Accommodation services within the mess.
  • Drive excellence in health & safety, food safety, and compliance standards.
  • Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and stock control to meet financial targets.
  • Manage team performance, training, and development, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate functions and events, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality, facilities management, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of HSE regulations and compliance procedures.
