Property Manager / Senior Property Manager - Stevenage - Up to £55k to (plus benefits).

We\'re working EXCLUSIVELY with a highly reputable, fully independent/boutique Property Management company based in Hertfordshire. Set up by Resident Directors for Resident Directors, they have established themselves as a leading provider of Block Management services to small and medium sized (prestigious) RTM and RMC developments across the Southeast (including London). With ambitious growth plans underpinned by an equally impressive new business pipeline, they now seek an additional Property Manager / Senior Property Manager.

• Quality focused, independently minded with the determination to do things right by valued clients and residents
• Work on a hybrid basis, splitting time between home, office and site to suit the needs of clients/the business
• Manage an RMC / RTM portfolio of local blocks, mostly situated within Hertfordshire alongside some outliers in the neighbouring counties and London
• Act as a senior member of the wider property management team, ensuring clients/residents always receive excellent service, underpinned by a belief in value for money and accountability
• Deal with the full range of block management tasks from Budget Setting to Insurance provision and major works, in addition to providing technical guidance to colleagues alongside regular site visits and resident/director communication

• 2-5 years autonomous block management experience required, ATPI preferred
• Driver with vehicle preferred (due to site visits etc.), free parking provided alongside all mileage payable at the prevailing HMRC rate
• Stable career history
• Genuine career path in a rapidly growing independent firm

• Salary for the successful Property Manager will start at up to £55k (plus benefits) with reviews and uplifts based on length of service and performance
