A leading healthcare recruitment firm based in Codsall seeks a Recruitment Consultant to manage a high volume of applications for Healthcare Assistants and Nurses. The role involves screening candidates and making outbound calls, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and be driven by targets. This position offers a competitive salary, a bonus scheme, and various employee benefits including 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum (plus bonus-based incentive scheme)
Location: Codsall, Wolverhampton
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
