Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum (plus bonus-based incentive scheme)

About The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant based in our Codsall office, you’ll:

  • Review a high volume of applications for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses.
  • Screen multiple candidates daily through in‑depth conversations, ensuring skills and experience match our needs.
  • Make high‑volume outbound (warm) calls to new and previous applicants – cold calling is not required.
  • Hit and surpass set targets around interview bookings and driving our care services growth.
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining top productivity.
Key Requirements
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a recruitment or telesales environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused approach.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to manage a high‑volume workload and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
