• Evidence of delivering a great customer experience.
• Experience in a Technician role completing jobs to the correct technical standard.
• Experience of delivering coaching/training in the moment.
• A track record of success in customer metrics.
• Meeting compliance standards across health and safety.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• IT proficient with aptitude to learn in-house systems.
• A full valid driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.

Salary: £32,466 – £32,992 per annum + bonus

Role Overview

A Halfords Mobile Expert Team Leader supports both colleagues and customers. You will lead a mobile team delivering excellence to customers’ homes and workplaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage mobile team to complete every job on the route to a high standard.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching throughout the day.
• Handle tyre deliveries and ensure all Technicians return safely to the Hub.
• Work a bi-weekly rota of 16 shifts in a four‑week month.
• Maintain a safe environment, perform repairs, and train new colleagues.

Qualifications

• Evidence of delivering a great customer experience.
• Experience in a Technician role completing jobs to the correct technical standard within allotted time.
• Experience of delivering coaching/training in the moment.
• A track record of success in delivering against targets and customer metrics.
• Experience of meeting compliance standards across health and safety.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• IT proficient with aptitude to learn in‑house systems.
• A full valid driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
