A leading circular fashion marketplace is seeking a Talent Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical teams in the Greater London area. You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver exceptional candidate experiences while advocating for diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills and a proven record in high-volume recruitment. This full-time position includes benefits such as family leave and a hybrid working model.

As a Talent Partner you will play a key role in attracting engaging and hiring top talent across both technical and non-technical teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand talent needs, run efficient and inclusive hiring processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
A significant part of this role will involve managing high-volume recruitment where you’ll balance speed with quality while maintaining strong alignment with stakeholders. You’ll bring strong sourcing expertise, a data-informed approach and a deep commitment to DEI — ensuring our processes are fair, consistent and reflective of our values.
