A leading housing association in the UK seeks a Cleaner / Estate Assistant to enhance resident experiences in the Stevenage area. This part-time role requires maintaining properties and providing superior customer service. Candidates should demonstrate relevant experience in grounds maintenance, strong customer interaction skills, and the ability to work under health and safety guidelines. Our Cleaning and Estates Teams are critical for delivering a great resident experience. They work hard to provide a high-quality cleaning and grounds maintenance.
We have an opportunity for aCleaner / Estate Assistantto join our team in the Stevenage area on a permanent, part- time basis (14 hours per week).
You will provide a high-quality cleaning of our internal communal residential areas alongside some grounds maintenance and keeping external areas well maintained, ensuring compliance with agreed standards, specifications, and timescales. You will represent Guinness on site, fostering positive working relationships working with customers, contractors, and colleagues to provide access, report any responsive repairs, fly tipping, graffiti, and safeguarding alerts.
