As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

Delivering heartfelt care, we ensure our residents maintain their dignity and individuality. You might help someone with limited mobility use an aid, offer emotional support to a confused or distressed resident, or provide end-of-life care, always prioritizing their wellbeing.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. It is important that you can recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All colleagues must attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and seek advice or escalate concerns when necessary.
