Wigmore Smiles is looking for an experienced Dental Nurse ready to take the next step in their career as a Treatment Coordinator.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment journey with care and confidence. You will manage treatment plans, coordinate appointments, and capture patient transformations through photography.

Beyond patient care, you will also:

• Build relationships with local businesses to promote our services.
• Support social media marketing and patient engagement.
• Assist with clinic administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the dental team and patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their treatment journey.
• Effectively communicate treatment plans, financial information, and appointment scheduling to patients.
• Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate and manage treatment schedules, ensuring optimal patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Proficiently use iTero scanners to scan patients, ensuring accurate digital records for treatment planning purposes. (Training can be provided if required.)
• Capture the magic of our patients' transformations with your photography skills.
• Utilise social media platforms to engage with patients, share educational content, and promote the practice's services.

Other Responsibilities

• Engage with our Corporate Client organisations around Luton Partnerships and Community Engagement.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, gyms, healthcare providers, and community organisations to increase referrals and enhance brand presence.
