Head of Health, Safety and Environmental | Attleborough | £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) + Benefits

• Lead and develop a team of Safety Champions, empowering colleagues and fostering a strong safety culture.
• Manage hazard analysis, risk assessments, and oversee major projects with site leadership.
• Collaborate with authorities, auditors, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Sustainability team to enhance environmental performance and promote sustainability.
• Inspire and manage a motivated team, overseeing three direct reports.

• Strong support from senior leadership, with resources dedicated to safety initiatives.
• Autonomous management, allowing independence and personal growth.
• Creative freedom to implement innovative safety solutions.

• Experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG environments preferred.
• NEBOSH Diploma is required; IOSH membership is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
