Our Toxicology Business, part of Abbott Rapid Diagnostics, is currently recruiting for a Collection Network Administrator. The role would be based in our Abingdon (Oxfordshire) office.

The Collection Network Administrator is a key administrative position responsible for supporting the UK Collection Network and ensuring the efficient delivery of field services. This role focuses on accurate payroll processing, system maintenance, and comprehensive administrative coordination to maintain operational excellence and compliance. The successful candidate will play an integral part in onboarding, data accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives within the collection network.

What You’ll Do
  • Process payroll for collecting officers and partners, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Maintain and update Field Service Management (FSM) systems and user records.
  • Review and resolve discrepancies in collection data, including managing call-out information.
  • Coordinate with field staff and Regional Team Leaders to ensure compliance with operational processes.
  • Provide general administrative support, including communications, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with onboarding and documentation for new collecting officers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance collection network operations and data accuracy.
Required qualifications/Profile
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in payroll processing or finance administration preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with FSM systems desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
