Qualifications

• Proven record of promoting a positive health & safety performance culture.
• Experience within multi-site locations is desirable.
• Flexible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Undertake audits and inspections to identify health & safety improvements.
• Provide reports on safety leadership and monthly summaries.
• Investigate all incidents and safety concerns to identify root causes.
• Liaise with enforcement agencies on health & safety matters.
• Develop and deliver training materials related to health & safety.

Skills

Established experience within a health & safety

Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate

Good written and verbal communication skills

Good navigation for Microsoft Office applications

Education

NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
