Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Bury St. Edmunds office. You’ll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. If you have proven experience in property management and are local to Bury St. Edmunds, we’d welcome your application.

  • £28300 to £35800 OTE per annumBreaks down as: £20000-£27500 basic salary dependant on experience, plus additional £8300 uncapped commission target

  • Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with a day-in-lieu)

What you'll be doing as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Bury St. Edmunds

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Bury St. Edmunds

  • Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role

Driving Requirements

  • You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
  • If you prefer to drive an automatic vehicle, you are required to have full access to your own vehicle so that it can be used for work purposes
  • Vehicle must beless than10 years old
  • Full business-use car insurance cover (if using your own vehicle)
