We are currently recruiting for a Lead Maintenance Engineer, to join our site in Sittingbourne, Kent.
Your main responsibilities will be to lead a team of two engineers on shift, to ensure the continuous running of the production process by eliminating downtime through a safe and logical approach to fault finding and maintenance of equipment. You and your team will work on various different types of equipment, including complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical / electronic control systems.
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of planned and reactive engineering activities on site. Working 42 hours per week, the shift pattern is 4 on 4 off covering both days and nights, 6am to 6pm.
