A leading service provider in social housing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor in Brent, Greater London. This full-time role involves overseeing the delivery of reactive repairs and planned maintenance in occupied properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading a team of operatives. Benefits include up to £43,710 salary, a company van, and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)
We’re currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team as part of an exciting new social housing contract in Brent. This is a dynamic, field-based leadership role where you’ll oversee the delivery of reactive repairs and planned maintenance across occupied properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with a strong pipeline of work and a growing presence in the area. You’ll play a key part in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and ready for residents, making a real impact in the community.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
