A leading utility services provider in Bolton is seeking a Pre-Construction Officer responsible for managing the pre-construction process. This role requires collaborating with design teams, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards, and identifying operational improvements. Ideal candidates should have experience in Utilities and possess relevant qualifications. As a Pre-Construction Officer, you will be responsible for managing the pre-construction process, ensuring all schemes are enabled prior to planning and operational activity on site.
This will involve managing a team of surveyors who undertake site visits capturing risks and engineering opportunities and ensuring this information is both acted upon and cascaded to the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
This role is also responsible for leading for the CMO with the review of future works prior to final design, ensuring that designs are practical, cost effective and align with the CMO’s business plan objectives.
