Customer Care and Teamwork
- Be polite, friendly, and observant, offering a welcoming smile and a helpful attitude to customers and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance and promote the Hen House Restaurant.
- Familiarise yourself with the specials of the day and park timetable to assist customers with enquiries to the best of your ability .
- Report for duty at the times specified and clock in.
Table and Front of House Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and chairs by clearing and wiping with the provided tray, spray, and cloth.
- Clean then put away highchairs, ensuring they are ready for the next use.
- Ensure all tables have clean, up-to-date menus and condiments.
- Bring in trays and highchairs from the picnic area just outside the restaurant.
Stock Replenishment
- Ensure condiment area is stocked with sauces, cutlery, and napkins and rotated appropriately, informing kitchen staff if supplies are low.
Customer Toilets tidy and replenish
- Check the customer toilets and baby changing facilities to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, replenish supplies and ensure bins are not overflowing.
Floor and Waste Management
- Keep the floor spotlessly clean using a dustpan and brush.
- Mop up spillages immediately, using a wet floor cone as a warning.
- Put waste into the appropriate bins, aiming to recycle where possible.
- Swap bin bags when full and ensure waste stations remain tidy.
Health and Safety Compliance
- Familiarise yourself with the Health and Safety Policy, Fire Drill procedures, and Risk Assessment.
- Ensure all tasks are performed in line with your induction training & health and safety guidelines, maintaining a safe environment for customers and colleagues.

None required – Full training given.
Hours
1 Weekend day(A Saturday or Sunday)10am till close and with the opportunity to pick up additional hours throughout the school holidays.
