HSEQ Manager – National Role in Safe, Complex Facades
Job summary
A leading principal contractor is looking for an experienced HSEQ Manager to oversee health and safety compliance across major UK projects. This role includes providing hands-on support to project teams, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to health and safety legislation. The position offers a competitive salary between £45,000 and £65,000 per annum, benefits such as hybrid working and comprehensive training, and requires nationwide travel. Ideal candidates will hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and possess strong interpersonal skills.

- Proven experience in a HSEQ, SHEQ or Health and Safety role within construction.
- NEBOSH Diploma or working towards would be advantageous.
- Experience of working with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and improvement of the HSEQ strategy across projects.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
