Job summary

A leading safety compliance organization is looking for a Health & Safety Compliance Officer to ensure full compliance with UK legislation and promote a strong safety culture. The role includes conducting inspections, training staff, and maintaining health and safety documentation. Candidates should have a NEBOSH certificate, First Aid training, and at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time position located in Hartshill, with a contract type of Permanent.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent is essential.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Health & Safety role within manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of UK safety legislation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture across the site.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
• Conduct routine site inspections and safety audits.
