Senior Post-Anaesthetic Care Practitioner (PACU) – Band 6
Résumé du poste
A leading healthcare provider in Liverpool is seeking a Band 6 Post Anaesthetic Care Practitioner to join the theatre team. The role includes safe admission and discharge of patients, facilitating training, and maintaining professional standards. Candidates must be HCPC/NMC registered ODP/RN with relevant experience. The position involves various shift patterns including weekends, with participation in an on-call rota as needed.
Qualifications
- HCPC/NMC registered ODP/RN with experience in post-anaesthetic care.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Understanding of HCPC/NMC code of conduct.
Responsabilités
- Safe admission and discharge of patients to and from the theatre.
- Co-ordinating recovery area and effective communication.
- Facilitating education and training for team members.
