Job summary
An educational recruitment agency is seeking a Cover Supervisor to deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain student engagement. Ideal candidates are graduates or individuals with prior experience working with young people. Responsibilities include managing classroom behaviour, providing feedback to teaching staff, and ensuring a positive learning environment. The role offers flexible temporary work with opportunities for permanent positions. Full safeguarding support and training are provided, including assistance with obtaining a valid enhanced DBS.
