Key responsibilities:
  • Supervise students in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that they stay on task and follow the lesson plan provided.
  • Assist students with any questions they may have about the work and provide guidance where needed.
  • Maintain order and discipline in the classroom, following the school's behaviour policies.
  • Step into different classrooms and subjects as needed, quickly adjusting to varying classroom dynamics.
