Job summary
A leading healthcare service provider is seeking a Head of FM to enhance non-food operations at Addenbrookes Hospital. This role demands a seasoned operational leader who thrives in complex environments, overseeing multiple service teams, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and delivering on commercial results. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of multi-disciplinary leadership experience, excellent people skills, and a passion for service excellence. The position offers a salary of £65,000 along with excellent benefits.

- Ensure services meet NHS and contractual standards.
- Build and motivate multi-disciplinary teams for service excellence.

- Collaborate with clinical leaders to align services with healthcare objectives.
- Support process redesign and digital innovation projects.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure sustainable service operations.
