Qualifications

  • Proven Operations or Business experience.
  • Proven technical knowledge of power plant equipment with gas turbine, steam turbine, or generator experience.
  • Director-level experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop CPMs and support team members' growth & development.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and performance assessment of team members.
  • Drive operational excellence focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
  • Manage customer issue resolution and enhance customer experience through feedback.
  • Own profit and loss responsibility for Gas Power Services business.
