Job summary

A well-established secondary school in Grays is seeking an Exams Officer on a permanent basis. This role involves overseeing the full exam cycle, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the invigilation team. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full exams cycle, including entries, timetabling, rooming, invigilation and results processing.
  • Ensure all exam procedures comply with JCQ and awarding body regulations.
  • Manage and train the invigilation team.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Provide clear communication to staff, students and parents regarding exam requirements.
  • Support students by creating a calm exam environment.
