Buckden Partners are supporting a leading UK property finance provider. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead their marketing efforts and elevate brand presence.

They have a new property investment platform launching later this year, and this person will lead the launch strategy and support marketing efforts on the lending side of the business.

Role Overview: The Head of Marketing will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance market position, attract new clients, and drive business growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in property or financial services, a deep understanding of the property market, and a proven track record in marketing. The candidate will lead the company’s market strategy, manage multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years marketing experience, especially in financial services or property sector.
• Proven success in leading, developing, and executing marketing strategies that drive growth.
• Strong understanding of the property market and finance products.
• Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
