An independent luxury restaurant group is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead their strategy and manage a small team. This role requires a premium hospitality background, with a focus on digital marketing and collaboration with senior leadership. The position is fully on site in London, offering a competitive salary up to £60,000, and aims to enhance brand awareness and guest engagement across venues.

We are partnering with a highly regarded independent luxury restaurant group to find an experienced and hands‑on Head of Marketing. This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative, commercially minded leader who thrives in premium hospitality environments. You’ll be reporting directly to the Owner and Finance Director, working closely with GMs and Head Chefs across the business, and managing a small team of 1–2. This role is fully on site, with time split between the office and the group’s venues. No agencies are used, everything is executed in‑house, so this is a genuinely hands‑on position. To be considered for this role, you must come from premium hospitality – luxury hotels, high‑end restaurants, or private members’ clubs. Stability is important, so ideally, you’ll have at least 2 years in each of your recent roles.
