Job summary
A hospitality company is seeking an HR Business Partner to champion culture across their hotels. This role requires proven HR experience, strong generalist knowledge, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. The candidate will oversee a portfolio of 15+ hotels and support transitions and restructures. - Proven experience as HR Business Partner or Manager, ideally supporting multi-site operations.
- Confidence working across branded and independent hotel environments.
- Experience supporting transitions, restructures and TUPE.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to key stakeholders.
- Lead on complex ER cases and compliance.
- Provide training, coaching, and capability building for managers.
- Champion development and succession planning initiatives.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture.
