Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and its application in ER cases.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations casework including discipline, grievance, and performance issues.
  • Provide expert support during organisational change.
  • Advise managers on employee relations and HR policies.
