A leading automotive manufacturer in Solihull is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join their team. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced manufacturing equipment and assist in maximizing production efficiencies. Ideal candidates should have an NVQ Level 3 in engineering maintenance and relevant experience in fault diagnosis. The company offers a rotational shift pattern and opportunities for permanent positions.

They are currently seeking to recruit a number of experienced Maintenance Technicians to join their team based in Solihull. This role is offered on a contract basis, initially 3 months however this will roll onto 12 months plus permanent opportunities available for the right candidates with the right qualifications.
In this multi-skilled role, you will have the once in a lifetime opportunity to join a highly skilled, dynamic maintenance team based in Solihull. The manufacturing asset footprint includes numerous modern technologies encompassing automated multi-axis robots, automated welding and joining equipment, laser joining systems, automated conveyors, complex tooling and fixturing and lifting equipment to name but a few.
Delivering a premium product from the manufacturing facility, you will take extreme pride in being part of the maintenance operations team at Solihull, providing engineering maintenance support to maximise production efficiencies by maintaining all manufacturing assets and ancillary equipment within the manufacturing facility.
The Maintenance Technician role:
WORKING HOURS: 37 hours per week dependent on shift, plus overtime Rotating Shift Pattern.
