We are seeking experienced EPOS Installation / Field Engineers for positions across the UK. The role involves visiting customer sites within Hospitality & Retail environments to install, repair, and maintain IT devices such as tills, Chip & PIN devices, tablets, and digital signage.

Salary: Circa £28,000 per annum

Locations: Milton Keynes, Northampton, Stevenage, Luton MK9 1LA, and surrounding areas within M25 (Croydon, North London, Bedford)

1. Perform installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of various IT equipment.
2. Provide on-site swap-out services, ensuring contractual commitments are met.
3. Communicate effectively with clients and adhere to company procedures.
4. Support colleagues and ensure safety regulations are followed.
5. Complete documentation and reports promptly.

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in EPOS installations, preferably in retail and hospitality.
2. Knowledge of data installations (Cat 5e, Cat 6, Fibre).
3. Experience with configuration and commissioning of IT equipment.
4. Full UK Driving Licence.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Relevant health and safety certifications (ECS, CSCS, CITB).

Work involves travel and occasional overnight stays. Equipment and expenses such as van, fuel card, and safety courses are provided. The work schedule includes 5 days in 7, with some weekend work and night shifts depending on customer needs.
