An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic staff grade / specialty doctor to join our established Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), based in St Helier. The job will be primarily based in our newly refurbished Community Mental Health Centre at La Chasse, St. Helier.
The CMHT serves people aged between 18 and 65 who suffer from severe mental illness. Our aim is to help service users achieve their potential by promoting recovery and maintaining wellbeing. Our service users come from a variety of cultural backgrounds and often have challenging and complex needs. The CMHT is a multidisciplinary team that includes doctors (consultants and staff grades), a clinical psychologist, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, support workers and administrative staff.
This post is 09:00 to 17:00, with on‑call responsibilities.
