About the role: The Compliance Program Assessment Manager will report to the RELX Head of Compliance Operations and Programs and will be responsible for interpreting and facilitating compliance with laws and government regulations that impact the organization’s operations. The manager will provide guidance to RELX stakeholders when responding to internal and regulatory requests and leverage data analytics to support the compliance team, enhancing the precision and utility of metrics and reporting. The role requires both conceptual and practical understanding of key compliance areas such as trade sanctions, anti-bribery, and enterprise risk management. Candidates should be able to address complex issues, operate independently with limited supervision, and manage multiple projects while remaining accountable for ongoing operational objectives.
