A leading government contractor seeks a candidate to support user research and adoption studies. The role involves engaging stakeholders to drive user-centered solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include planning and conducting research methods such as interviews and usability testing. Candidates should be willing to present findings to inform decision-making. This position is outside IR35 and is open to diverse applicants.
Our client are looking for someone to support user research and adoption studies for the development of the Test and Evaluation Marketplace application. Engage with users to collate stakeholder requirements to drive solutions which are usable, valuable, and aligned with user demands, while informing product and service design through structured insights and benefits assessments.
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing). (NB - the Supplier will not collect personal data as part of these activities)
Collaborate with Product, Service, and Engineering teams to translate insights into actionable improvements.
Conduct benefits assessments to measure impact and value delivered.
The role is outside IR35
Present findings to stakeholders to inform programme-level decision-making.
