Apprentice New Business Centre

Location : Head Office Springfield Lyons Approach

Salary: Apprenticeship rate with excellent progression opportunities upon completion

Hours: 5 days per week including Saturdays (with a day off in lieu)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy and supportive New Business Centre team at a well-established company within the property sector. This is a dynamic and varied role that involves scheduling appointments generating new business building relationships with vendors and buyers and supporting the wider team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

You will be employed on a government‑backed Apprenticeship Scheme and receive ongoing work‑based training while working towards a Level 2 Junior Estate Agent qualification. Upon completion there are excellent opportunities for career development and progression within the company.

What Were Looking For
  • A motivated and enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly
  • Previous customer‑facing experience is desirable but not essential
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous as some travel to other branches may be required
