Job summary
A charitable trading organization is looking for a Non-Executive Director (NED) to join its Board in London. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in retail or commercial environments at a strategic level. Responsibilities include governance, strategic direction, and oversight of financial performance. This is a voluntary role with no remuneration, but reasonable expenses will be reimbursed. Applicants must be 18 or over and will undergo pre-engagement checks.
