Job summary

A market-leading staffing firm is seeking a skilled Service Management Enterprise Architect for a 3-month contract in Salford. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end architecture of a new Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensuring its design aligns with operational and governance standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in architecting ITSM platforms, particularly with BMC Helix, along with strong communication skills for engaging across multiple teams. This position allows for a hybrid working model, requiring three days onsite and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Proven experience architecting ITSM platforms, preferably Helix.
• Deep understanding of CMDB design and data modeling.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end CMDB architecture.
• Prepare Design Authority submissions and ensure compliance.
• Support teams in developing service taxonomies and SLAs.
