I’m currently working with a highly respected, award-winning tax and advisory firm that is looking to appoint a UK/US Global Mobility Tax Manager and Tax Senior. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that combines technical excellence with a collaborative and nurturing culture.

These are client-facing positions where you’ll deliver bespoke tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse portfolio. You’ll advise HR and Finance professionals, as well as founders and C-suite executives, on a broad range of personal and employment tax matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• As a Manager, you will be expected to manage and advise on UK/US tax compliance and planning as well as sign UK/US tax returns. At Tax Senior role, you will be involved in tax return preparation.
• Leading and mentoring junior team members.
• Supporting business development through client relationship management and marketing initiatives.

• Enrolled Agent or US CPA (essential).
• ATT and/or CTA (desirable).
• Experience signing US tax returns for at least one season to be a Manager or preparing US tax returns for at least two seasons for the Tax Senior role
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
